BAGUIO CITY, PHILIPPINES – In celebration of the 20th anniversary of Camp John Hay, a US Food and Wine Festival was launched last Saturday, September 10, 2016, at The Forest Lodge at Camp John Hay, Baguio City.
Attended by invited guests and the event’s guest of honor, Ambassador Philip Goldberg, a Special Anniversary Dinner was held to commence the festivities.
American staple dishes and drinks were skillfully prepared by Le Chef’s Billy King for the event cocktails and the kickoff dinner itself which followed shortly.
To end the night, Camp John Hay Development Corp. Chairman Robert Sobrepena later on presented tokens of appreciation to US Ambassador to the Philippines Philip Goldberg for gracing the event.
The festival will go on from September 10, 2016 up until October 2, 2016 serving guests signature American food items like burgers, steaks, and cheese dogs on its weekly Saturday Night Live Buffet and Sunday Brunch Buffet for the guests to devour and enjoy.
