FILAM GOLF FOUNDATION
The FilAm Golf Foundation donates to charitable causes and non-government organizations through the annual amateur golf tournament held at Camp John Hay. This international event is the Guinness World Record holder for the largest amateur golf tournament in the world with over 1,200 participants, half of which come from overseas and are mostly Americans. This tournament is held to promote local tourism, environmental programs, sports development and disaster relief in
Baguio City and Northern Luzon.
PHILIPPINE RED CROSS
For several years, the Philippine Red Cross has been the primary beneficiary of Bob’s companies. In 2013, we were able to donate over P10-million to aid Yolanda Victims and the city of Tacloban through the Baguio and Cavite chapters of the Philippine Red Cross.
CHAIRMAN’S CHARITY CUP
A Chairman’s Charity Cup is held every year in Camp John Hay Golf Course and in Manila Southwoods Golf & Country Club. Proceeds from the tournaments in the two world-class golf courses are donated to local organizations in education, healthcare, and environmental conservation and restoration.

Fil-Estate Sports Foundation provides for the development and promotion of outstanding young Filipino athletes.
